Barney scares kids!

It's not the first time freakin Barney scares my sister. She loves him (Ugh) But she has this Barney toy that screams stuff like ''YOU'RE SUPER DOOPER!'' ''REMEMBER, I LOVE YOU'' ''YOU'RE MY VERY SPECIAL FRIEND'' which I find CREEPY. And sometimes he does ANIMAL IMPRESSIONS. Creepy much?
